Liao Xiaowei,adoctoralcandidatemajoring inBusinessAdministration inthe School ofEconomics andManagementof CSUST, becomesthe first student winningthe German Chancellor Scholarshipin CSUST.On April 9, newscame fromthe prestigious Alexander Von Humboldt Foundation in Germanythatshewas one of the 50 winners of the German Chancellor Scholarship Program in 2020-2021.Liao Xiaowei will visit Jacobs University in Germany for one year from October 1, 2020, and will be received by the German President and German Chancellor.
