一、基本信息
杨志雄,男,湖南邵阳人,1988年出生,工学博士。
2010年毕业于中南大学物理科学与技术学院,获应用物理学学士学位,2014年毕业于中南大学物理与电子学院,获物理学硕士学位,2020年毕业于中南大学粉末冶金研究院,获材料科学与工程博士学位。2020年6月进入新利官网开户 物理与电子科学学院。参与过湖南省杰出青年科学基金项目(2015JJ1020);国家自然科学基金面上项目(51272291)等科研项目。
主要研究方向:二维材料及其器件的第一性原理研究。
